The Colombian Mountain Water Process involves immersing the coffee beans in extremely hot water in order to dissolve and extract the caffeine. No chemicals are used. The beans and solution is then passed through a filter which captures the larger caffeine molecules, but allows for the smaller oil and flavour molecules to pass through ensuring that the coffee beans retain their flavour.
Flavour: A medium bodied coffee which is flavoursome and robust with a balanced sweetness.
Strength: Medium roast
